- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our pricing is completed on an individual basis. Every project is unique and we want to insure we only charge for those services truly needed by the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
TruBlue provides a professional experience from start to finish. From the first point of contact until completion we strive to provide each client premium service, honesty throughout, and an overall easiness for the entire process. The typical process involves first, an initial call to discuss the type of work needed. We will then do an on-site visit to better assess the project and create an accurate estimate. Next, we will present your individualized estimate and obtain your approval. Lastly, we will get you scheduled and complete the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our TruBlue home technicians have years of handyman and construction experience. Each employee has been background checked, and we carry liability insurance, worker's comp insurance, and we are bonded for your protection.
