- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our hourly pricing for Standard Cleanings is $45/hr + depending on the desired service. All cleanings are completed following a standard checklist (Pictured in my profile). All bookings are blocked off for a minimum of 3 hours, ($135+ sales tax) if my team finishes before the full 3 hours, we always do something extra to complete the full time. We offer laundry service for an additional charge but have a maximum number of 3 loads per visit. If additional help is needed with laundry, we can discuss it on a case-by-case basis. We also offer services to extreme cluttered homes as well as moving cleanings (move in and/or move out). Pricing for these vary based on size of home and project type.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always prefer to do a walk-thru on our first visit to your home. This gives us the chance to get to know what your expectations are, and how comfortable you are with certain tasks. (i.e. some clients do not like inside of fridge, or prefer desks with important items be skipped)
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started cleaning at 18 years old, after a few years I geared toward more management roles but always have come back to my passion for cleaning. Since then, I have had the pleasure of cleaning for amazing families whom I have developed friendships with outside of professional work. I truly treat all of my clients as if they are my own family, and train my team to do so as well!
