FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have an hourly rate for most customers but sometimes I can give a flat rate. The flat rate takes in effect if there is just a couple of items that need to be delivered or if the move is going to another city in Texas. In this case, I do FREE estimates on whether the job qualifies for a flat rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I really like talking to customers on the phone to make sure that we are in agreement with the whole process. It also gives me the opportunity to answer any questions that they might have. I like to do the estimates because it shows the customers that they are working with courteous and friendly movers. Also, shows the customers that they are working with professionals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Associates in Business Administration from Northwest Vista College. I have been employed with UPS for 16 years.
