I have cooked for top restaurants in California, including Michelin star in Napa Valley and great restaurants here in San Antonio

I’ve been doing it professionally for 15 years, but been cooking with my dad since I was a little girl
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I did a whole pig roast over an open fire.. it was a beautiful display for all the guests. It cooked for 7 hours
