- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Client's that personal train more frequently (e.g. 3x/week vs 1x/week) or that pay monthly for their sessions discounted up to 10%.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
EVERY initial consultation/training session is FREE. In the consultation, we focus on a movement pattern analysis, goal-setting, and funnel down to a specific service that will help you accomplish your goals while also being respectful of your budget. In addition to answering any and all relevant training and nutrition questions, we how to proceed forthwith developing healthy nutrition and exercising habits. For nutrition, we go through a Nutrition Onboarding process where clients start a nutrition recall that allows them to gain awareness behind what they're consuming. – To be most successful you need to be willing to put in the work to make your diet work for you rather than against you. As a guiding hand in this process, we like to push you in the right direction but at the end of the day, your commitment to making those changes is what will determine how much progress you can make. Be it through in-person training, app-based coaching, or any of our services we'll make sure everything you need to be successful will be addressed; including your nutrition plan, a workout program designed specifically for you, and so much more.
