- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to keep it simple. -No contract - Pay monthly or bi weekly - Pay with cash, check - Discount with reccomendations
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First priority is to go over a free health evaluation to understand any aliments or deficiencies new clients might be suffering with along with a physical assessment to observe imbalances in the muscle and joint movements. From there we will discuss implementing new habits and daily routines geared towards their goals. Second I put them through a health program to help understand how their body reacts to certain foods and transition through different food groups to eliminate cravings and detox the body with whole foods. I provide sustainable methods to help keep them on track with creating new habits for their diet and exercises regimen that is catered towards their work and home life.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Studied at The Institute of Integrative Nutrition, certification through the National Academy of Sports Nutrition, in addition with a certification in Fitness Nutrition Specialist.
