My experience with TPT has been amazing. I joined a few months ago and was matched with Jay a trainer in my area and have been working out with him ever since and he is amazing. I feel stronger and healthier and he is very flexible especially with my request in meeting at a park because I love spending time in sunlgiht outside of my home office.
