We haven't gone on our trip yet but the process was so simple. I let Ellen know what we needed, our budget, and she got us squared away for us so seamlessly. I had a lot of questions about where to go to port for the cruise, if I would need a passport and she worked out all of those details for us! We are so excited to go on our frist cruise!!

We have a family of eight. These ladies were able to find us something very suitable for our family. There were minor issues with names, however, the ladies worked diligently to fix all issues without delay or confrontation. They are the sweetest, and before they even had our hire they treated us as though we were lifetime business partners; and the truth is going forward we plan to continue using them to book our family trips. We will update you in July about our trip and add plenty of photos!!!
