Service was good, bartenders had all the supplies we needed and were attentive to instructions for specific drinks. Bartenders understood our need to do alcohol buyback at the end and were attentive to only opening what was needed. Only negative was late responsiveness to some pre-event requests. Company is very competitively priced and committed to each customer. Would hire again.

Barbara has done a phenomenal job planning our son’s 1st Birthday party. Her attention to detail and follow through was impeccable. She was very attentive in understanding our tastes, ideas and worked diligently to deliver. She made the planning process delightful. We would like to specially call out how she went above and beyond to arrange for piñata. We had no way to hang piñata and we really wanted one for the party. She figured out a creative way to get the piñata up while abiding by the rules of the event center. It was truly awesome! She and her crew created the “wow-factor” in our party. We continue to get compliments on how well the Birthday party was organized! We highly recommend Barbara’s event planning services. Thank you Barbara for a job well done!

Beverly was the best part of wedding planning. She stayed well in budget, and the flowers were the most commented thing at the wedding. My wedding was a southern romantic, black tie affair and her mix of deep colors, and mysterious greens were the perfect touch at each table. She even did a 18ft magnolia garland for the head table that was stunning. My bouquet looked like it was straight from pinterest! We met several times to see actual flowers and go over ideas. She told me up front that she believes a bride should have what she wants regardless of the budget. Stunning. Amazing. Caring. Book her and spend all your time worrying over something else. The flowers will be beyond perfect!

I was looking for a cleaning company to come clean my apartment, back at the end of January this year. Most of the companies did not even take the time to listen to my cleaning needs they were just giving me a flat rate. When I called BCCS they took the time to listen to my specific cleaning needs. All I needed was my apartment baseboards, my fridge, my two restrooms and vacuum in detail. They got the job done as I needed it, within 2hrs. I only paid $200 but it was very detailed. I gave them $10tip for exceeding my own expectations. They have helped other friends and family to keep up with their cleaning. I will recommend them every time. I will only use these guys for cleaning. Their pricing is fair and they are honest people.

Jordan was a true pro. When I first thought about hiring a "day of" coordinator for my wedding reception, to be held outdoors at a grand old home on the San Antonio river, I didn't really understand all the work that person does long before the day of the event. From our first communications on Thumbtack before I even hired her, she was friendly and knowledgable, asking plenty of questions to get a sense of what I wanted. Meeting her, she was thorough and efficient, getting contacts and following through with all my vendors. She was onsite the day before and first thing in the morning, making sure everything was set up properly and in place. I spent a blissful 5 hours not worrying about anything but visiting with guests because Jordan was making sure everything ran smoothly, including getting us in place for the cake cutting and toast. All the vendors appreciated her as well. I can't recommend her enough, and am so happy I made the investment. It was more than I was planning to spend initially, but she was worth every penny. Thank you, Jordan!

We loved the music variety, transitions between songs, and how they personalized it to us. They can be interactive with the crowed like a performer or quiet in the background. It depends on your event. I would use them again.
