Service was good, bartenders had all the supplies we needed and were attentive to instructions for specific drinks. Bartenders understood our need to do alcohol buyback at the end and were attentive to only opening what was needed. Only negative was late responsiveness to some pre-event requests. Company is very competitively priced and committed to each customer. Would hire again.

Barbara has done a phenomenal job planning our son’s 1st Birthday party. Her attention to detail and follow through was impeccable. She was very attentive in understanding our tastes, ideas and worked diligently to deliver. She made the planning process delightful. We would like to specially call out how she went above and beyond to arrange for piñata. We had no way to hang piñata and we really wanted one for the party. She figured out a creative way to get the piñata up while abiding by the rules of the event center. It was truly awesome! She and her crew created the “wow-factor” in our party. We continue to get compliments on how well the Birthday party was organized! We highly recommend Barbara’s event planning services. Thank you Barbara for a job well done!

Shaun is amazing!! She was available to me throughout the entire time of planning. I could text, email, and call her anytime with any kind of questions. She also had great recommendations for anything we needed. The day of the wedding she was awesome. She handled everything and was able to adjust with anything that came up. Beverly was the best part of wedding planning. She stayed well in budget, and the flowers were the most commented thing at the wedding. My wedding was a southern romantic, black tie affair and her mix of deep colors, and mysterious greens were the perfect touch at each table. She even did a 18ft magnolia garland for the head table that was stunning. My bouquet looked like it was straight from pinterest! We met several times to see actual flowers and go over ideas. She told me up front that she believes a bride should have what she wants regardless of the budget. Stunning. Amazing. Caring. Book her and spend all your time worrying over something else. The flowers will be beyond perfect!

What a great treat to find Talena. We needed her for notarizing some documents that required 2 witnesses. She was quick to respond to my request and flexible as to where we could meet to accommodate everyone. Little did I know that she had much more to offer in her bag of tricks. I mentioned that I was having such a hard time getting meals prepared because I come home late. Turns out she just so happens to go to your home a prepare meals for you to have in you refrigerator! THEN, I mentioned that my daughter is getting married....and guess what? She does event and wedding planning and coordinating. Thank you Talena, I can take a deep breath and enjoy my life at home and not argue with my daughter over her wedding!

Beaux and The Velvet Cartel were great to work with. My company was organizing a party for the ATX Startup Crawl and wanted to have a fun, interactive photo booth for our 400+ guests. We reached out to Beaux the week right before our event, and he was able to hook us up with the social media booth – which could take photos and gifs. The photo booth was a hit at the party, and everyone loved it. Beaux was very communicative and kept checking in with me during the event to make sure that everything was running smoothly. We would definitely work with him and The Velvet Cartel again in the future.

I highly recommend Reece Events. They did a great job on my company's event decor and found the perfect venue. They integrated our logo and branding perfectly. I hired Lauren last minute to braid hair for guests of our Oktoberfest (~1,000 guests). She arrived on-time with a great attitude and even a second set of hands to help her run through braids quickly. She sent me photos of her work afterward, which was really appreciated as I did not have time the day of the event to check in as much as I would have liked. I would highly recommend working with her for your beauty needs!

    From the moment I met Matt, I knew he’d understand my vision for my wedding. He has a wonderful calmness, an ability to listen and grasp what you’re saying, and he makes things work. He was an invaluable asset all the way from helping plan my wedding to the day it happened. He was always there to listen to my concerns and help come up with amazing ideas I hadn’t thought of. To be honest, I’m not fully certain that I could have pulled this wedding off without him and his brilliant team. He even found me someone to do my hair and makeup two days before the wedding.
