FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take well over the required continuing education as set forth by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) and the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). My continuing education information can be viewed on page 3 of my website.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Not all inspectors are created equal or perform the same quality of inspection and report. The cost of an inspection should not be the determining factor of choosing a qualified professional. Saving 30 or even 100 dollars is nothing compared to future repair costs due to missed items on an inspection report. The cost of a good inspection is only a fraction of the cost of a home which is probably the largest investment you've ever made. Reviewing websites of prospects for such things as qualifications, education, experience and testimonials is of great importance. Choose an inspector that will help insure that your home will be a wise investment and valued possession for years to come.
