Patricia has been a great help in pushing me to increase my strength. Although I just started, I have learned a great deal about how to and how not use the exercise machines. Using them incorrectly can potentially cause damage to your body and also not get the workout intended for your body. I highly recommend her as a personal trainer. If you want to loose weight or get more toned or even become a fitness competitor, she would be your gal.

Daniel is a dedicated personal trainer. He’s going make sure and give you every tool needed to see results. I’ve tried finding personal trainers since working with Daniel (I moved away, I’d still be there if I could) and know one compares to him. He really is the best.
Jason is SERIOUS about establishing and achieving fitness goals, developing an exercise regimen to reach your maximum potential and improving flexibility and balance early on to prevent injuries or a plateau in progress. I opted for 5 personal trainer sessions to begin formal conditioning then transition to his12 week program. I have already completed 1 session and I am hooked! For perspective purposes, I am a 5'2" 102lb 35 year old female with prior military experience looking to regain muscle tone/mass and weight range of 112-117lbs. I included a pic from 11/11/16 for reference. Jason's services are reasonably priced and sessions are easily arranged to accommodate the busiest schedules. I am confident I made a solid decision to place my fitness aspirations in his hands.
FINALLY!!!! Somebody who gets me AND my body type. I have always had a struggle with my weight, and my thyroid problems did not make it any easier to lose/maintain weight loss. In September 2015, I did a search for personal trainers in the San Antonio area and found Tommy Lammers; Owner/personal trainer of Beast Fitness.. I mean, the name alone is worth a consult. When I went for my consult, I didn't know what to expect and this bearded guy with tattoos walks over to introduce himself... I'm thinking, "oh yeah, he's bad a**". I was so impressed with his professionalism and willingness to get to know the client. He does a comprehensive interview in order to assess your health and fitness goals and develops a nutrition and exercise plan specifically for YOU; because he understands that everyone is not the same. He really cares about his clients. I was so impressed that he took it upon himself to actually research my health condition so that he could develop the best plan for optimal results. Since training with Tommy, I have learned to let go of the scale, really look at myself and take note what I am actually accomplishing. I have worn clothes that I haven't worn in years, and some that I have NEVER been able to wear. The affect that he has had on my mental health is incredible---even says my mother and my brother---If you seriously want to make a lifestyle change and feel better than ever, he IS the one to call. Not only will you adopt healthy lifestyle changes, but the new physical aesthetic that you can achieve will blow your mind...The best part---you'll gain an awesome friend.
Victoria is an Amazing Personal Trainer!! She is hard working, Always Changing up the workout sessions to make it fun and interesting! She understands the needs and abilities of her clients, I myself have Spina Bifida and had limited leg mobility when we first started and used the wheelchair always, now I use my Walking Caine more often instead of being just bound to my chair. When I started with her I was wearing a size 44 jeans which were starting to fit tight and also wearing a size 3 XL! Now I'm down to wearing a size 38 jeans and 1x-2x shirt :-D, I have lost a total of 75 lbs. and still continuing to lose more. Victoria is Very Helpfull with sending out Tasty Weekly Meal ideas for weight loss help, and on my off days she sends me workout plans to do on my own in between our Energetic and Awesome Sessions! She is a Certified Personal Trainer and A Specialist in Fitness Nutrition and knows her stuff!! I don't know any other Trainer who is as passionate for their "job" as Victoria! I put "job" in quotes because she really makes you feel like a friend not just a workout session :-D
De'Von is a fantastic personal trainer. He knows how to make you work at the sweet spot of tougher than I would push myself but not so hard that you are out of your depth. He is very accommodating when it comes to scheduling and keeps me accountable on my meals as well. I have worked with several trainers over the years and De'Von is far and away the best.
After a long time of feeling like I would never lose weight no matter how much I worked out, then I found Paul! Like I told Paul I was trained by several trainers who didn't even get me anywhere near where Paul has in just 3 weeks! I started with Paul on December 17th and 3 weeks in I've lost more weight, training with him than I ever have training with other personal trainers. Paul is a great personal trainer because he "walks the walk" and everything just comes naturally to him. From the simple meal plans to the kick your butt workouts. He's motivating throughout your workout and will always give you instruction & correction on your technique. He will also make you think about every muscle your working. Throughout your workout he will interact with you and makes you feel completely comfortable. Paul's the type of trainer that wants to see you succeed and he loves what he does. I've never felt so motivated and inspired as I do and it's thanks to Paul!! You will see the physical changes in his clients and yourself, that's how you will know you made the right decision. I'm so happy that he is working with me and I'm so excited to see what the next month brings!!!

I have been a client of Chad Humphrey Fitness for almost 3 years. Chad is a wonderful trainer! He is patient in explaining and demonstrating exercises. He cares about helping his clients reach their fitness goals in a welcoming, fun, and friendly environment. What an Amazing Personal Fitness Trainer, the best in San Antonio, Texas. I have had the opportunity to sit in on other trainers spill but David is the real deal. David encouraged me to get to where I want to be. Because of David's professionalism, motivation and easy going spirit I absolutely like the way I look. Brittany has been my trainer for about a year! She is amazing! She listens to what you want...your expectations...priorities, etc. Then she takes all the worries out of the gym by panning workouts to meet your individual needs. Brittany is very professional and knowledgable. She is very flexible. She helped me get back in shape after recent surgery, adapting my routine to meet my recovery needs. I have never felt judged or criticized. Brittany pushes me to get the most out of every single workout while keeping it fun and positive! I never thought working out would be part of my life, but thanks to Brittany, I now work out 5 days a week!!!

The day I walked into matts camp , was the day after I had decided to quit attending CG. When I first started CG I was saddened when all the people around me were so motivated and happy . I lacked motivations and I felt like I didn't even want to attend . I actually felt like I didn't belong . I had a very hard time and was so frustrated at first . I'm so glad that I decided to give it one more shot and look for another location and another trainer . After attending camp with 3 trainers I was so happy and satisfied with Mathews camp !! He was so motivating and welcoming on my first day . I was actullay looking forward to attending Camp after that . The stretches he has us do are so what I need!! I am 45 years old and I need more than a couple of stretches and a warm up lap . I like the variety of excersizes i do and his ability to motivate, challange me and some how still keeps it fun! I'm happy with CG , and I'm so happy with Matt as my trainer !!!
I wanted to work with a trainer to introduce me to a larger variety of work out options to help in long term weight loss, all over body toning and an increase in strength. Not only did Scott show me how to use the available exercise equipment which has always intimidated me but he also showed me how to do floor exercises and well as the free weights to give me more options to keep my workouts fresh and challenging. He was very patient and very accommodating of my strange schedule. I think I now have more tools to aid me in reaching my weight loss goals!
