I called Emanuel Movers to move a piano to a different spot in my home while the floor is being replaced after the flood. They came the next day after my call, arrived exactly when they said they would be there and moved the piano . They agreed to return when the floor is completed and move the piano back where it has always been.

Handled my piano move on two sets of stairs. Showed up on time (actually just before the scheduled time) and immediately went to work. Wrapped the piano safely with plastic wrap on the sides and a blanket on the bottom half. Used an normal industrial dolly and moved the piano up step by step, rather than securing it to a board as I’ve seen in other moves. It mostly worked well, piano arrived safely and the job was done in about an hour from location to location.

ACJhoustonMovers did an excellent job of moving our very large upright piano from the second floor of our old house to the second floor of a new house. We have had this piano moved many times, with mixed results, but this has been by far our best experience. We are always concerned about whether the movers will arrive with the appropriate supplies to move such a large item (on multiple occasions in past movers have showed up planning to move the piano with only manpower - which is just not feasible), but these these movers definitely did not disappoint - showed up with their own utility dolly. We have brand newly finished wood floors, and they managed to get our piano into the house without so much as a scratch. We will definitely hire them when time comes to move again.

My brand new hard floor has been damaged. Also, the company was hired to pack/wrap the piano and absolutely nothing was done. The truck driver from another company, along with his helper, simply moved the piano from one place to another. I am thinking we're did my investment on the piano mover company go. It'd be cheaper if I had hired only a truck driver.
