(and they also put a hole in our ceiling with their foot). Jay came out and repaired it two days after their quote, for less than 1/2 the price, and we haven't had any issues since.SHOUTOUT TO ZENWERX!"See more

I found my permanent HVAC and Plumbing guy FINALLY! Extremely detailed, quick communication, fair pricing, and honest. I personally have used dozens of HVAC and Plumbing contractors, and this was by far my best experience. There is a fine line between price/quality and professionalism, and Hardison nailed it. If you are shopping around or looking for someone to trust and not get outrageous bids based on house or location, I would highly suggest giving these guys a call and hiring them. I requested a bid on the app, and he was at my house within the hour, and work was completed within another hour. 10/10

Yamel at Setpoint was fantastic to work with! He responded very quickly and did a great job communicating with me regarding our two unit system and multiple issues with the units. He was honest and gave us a very reasonable price for replacing one unit and repairing components on the other. Did the work the very next day and kept me informed. Super professional and technology forward company. I will use Yamel for all HVAC needs going forward. I just wish more contractors were like him, a great experience!

Won’t be looking for any other HVAC tech again! Paul is our guy and should be your guy. Paul did an incredible job for us. We were getting landscaping work done and needed to remove the compressor outside. He came by and gave us a quote and moved it same day. Which allowed our contractor to get started asap. We also asked him to move the unit further down our yard so we had more space. He told us exactly what to tell our contractor so we had the space available and gave us a great quote for that. As you can imagine it was hot outside and when the landscaping was done we were eager to get the A/C back on-line and which he understood. He came in the evening and got us back online asap even tho it was after hours because he didn’t want us to struggle in the heat any longer. We asked and he delivered. I hope you choose Paul - he’s the guy for you.
