I really enjoyed, as much as you can enjoy a challenging exercise regime, Terry's boot camp. He's great at keeping you motivated while also understanding just how far he can push. I highly recommend taking his class if you want to get results.
When I met Isreal back in October 2013 I was only focus on boot camp but I then realized that he was the one to be my trainer. What made him stand out was he was very passionate of his clients and helping them reach their goal. I hit a plato and needed that extra push to lose that unwanted fat in areas that I was not confident of myself. I have to say hands down Isreal has been an amazing trainer Ive ever had! Not one minute has he ever given up on me when I felt like I couldnt reach my goal. I would definitely recommend Isreal to anyone.
When it comes to reaching your full potential of physical fitness Coach Jackson will help you to reach and obtain your desired goals. He improved my 40yd dash from 4.72 to 4.41, with speed and strength drills that are second to none. Regardless of your sport or profession his knowledge is on point. Coach Jackson helped me to obtain all American status in college while also being in top shape playing in Europe. I would not put my physical conditioning in another coaches hands. Shaped Bodies Fitness is awesome! So much fun! I have never been able to stick to a workout plan as long as I have stuck to boot camp. The price is also affordable and you get access to all the available boot camps. Nobody can beat it. It really is an awesome deal. My goal was not to lose weight, but to tone up and I - along with other people - have noticed a big difference in my muscle tone. I love knowing that I am getting stronger, being healthy, and loving every minute of it :). It something i really look forward to every Mon, Wed, & Fri and can't stop raving about to my coworkers and friends.
Mac was my instructor for a semester-long boot camp class through our university. I was initially hesitant about the class because I had never participated in one before, and I have some joint issues that I knew I would have to work around. Mac went above and beyond what I could have imagined from an instructor. He made everyone in the class feel welcomed, no matter what their fitness or experience level was. And he was more than happy to work with me, and other students, to help us adjust our work out to get the same results without aggravating injuries. I never thought that I would say I enjoyed a boot camp class as much as I did!
China is wonderful! She is fun, encouraging, reliable, and skilled--a true delight to train with! I worked out at a gym before joining boot camp and didn't see much results. I will say, if you want to get in shape and feel great in the process, she is the one to call. She is one of a kind!!

I actually started by getting some suppliments. After meeting with Noah I decided to allow him to train me because I was only getting so far on my own. Needles to say this dude knows his stuff. He was truly dedicated in his approach with me & well worth the money. If I hadn't moved to San Antonio I'd still be with him. Technically I still am because he offers online training lol. Either way give it a go. The dudes a beast. With the physique of a god. Don't be fooled, if his shirt comes off you'll know what I mean. A true professional, reminded me of a college football coach. Very motivational & he doesn't play around. If you give him your all, he will multiply your strengths & erase your weaknesses. Bring up the (buddy pass) to him. Normally he'll do a discount for bringing someone on. I highly recommend his supps (suppliments) was waaaaaay better than C4 pre workout lol. With less scoops. Give his expertise a go.
