I had a doberman, Rose, that was a challenge to walk. She did not go out for walks. I found Come and Train It K9 and now Rose and I go for walks! John and Courtney really understood Rose and gave us the tools we needed to be successful. The team is extremely professional and genuinely wanted to make sure we were successful. I learned about my own shortcomings when it came to my with and toward Rose. I very much recommend Come and Train It K9 to anyone who has a dog with challenges. Rose can go out for walks now.....life is much better for her! Thank you John and team!

Amazing! Very beneficial for my 5YO boxer, he went into the 3 week training (being shy and a bit rebellious) and came out a very well behaved dog. I'm very grateful I found them and very thankful to Oscar for the training he's provided not only to my baby but also to me. Highly recommend Barks 5th Avenue. Great experience from the first time I requested info to the time the hand over happened. Grooming and daycare was also very good. Chowder will definitely be visiting daycare there and next is puppy training for my boxer. Old dogs can learn new tricks!

Sarah is absolutely amazing! Where do I begin? As soon as you start speaking with Sarah you can immediately tell how much her profession means to her. It is clear that she is in it for the dogs and it’s obvious that she is doing exactly what she was meant to do. She will take the time to explain to you the reasons behind doing things which helps to give you a better understanding of the training and your dog. If you are looking for a dog trainer, I highly recommend Sarah!

Barbara is extremely knowledgeable about animal training. I am very satisfied with how my dog has progressed in just a couple of lessons. I love how she uses positive reinforcement to create a fun learning environment for both my pet and myself.

Took my Cavalier King Charles spaniel at 5 months old to Vivian for puppy training and continued with 3 additional 6 week classes. Vivian was great in training me on how to work with my dog and also in getting us prepared for being certified as a therapy pet. Very pleased with the results.

Misty & Wayne did their first session with my dog Bailey on last Saturday and the results have been good. I am very surpised and pleased at the amount of change in my puppy already after just one lesson. She is more controlled and the tips that they left me with really work. We have been working daily since they left and the progress is very clear. We had went to a treat-based puppy training class at a local kennel that taught her commands that she only responded to with treats and totally ignored if treats weren't invoked. After one session, she is responding without treats. I'm impressed! Can't wait to get a few additional classes under my belt.

AMY IS THE MOST AMAZING PERSON, AND THE DOG TRAINER I HAVE EVER MET. WITH IN MINUTES SHE HAD CHANGED MY DOG. WITH IN 20 MINUTES SHE WAS ALSO TRAINIG ME. WE HAD A 2 HOUR SESSION. TRUST ME IT WAS HARDER FOR ME, THAN MY DOG. HANNAH (MY DOG), AND I, ARE ALREADY HAVING THE BEST WALKS EVER. I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE AMY AGAIN NEXT WEEK, TO SHOW HER THE IMPROVEMENTS WE HAVE MADE. MY GOAL IS TO GO THE BEACH AGAIN, AND LET HANNAH PLAY IN THE WATER. IF THERE IS ANYONE WHO NEEDS A REALLY GOOD DOG TRAINER, PLEASE CALL AMY. THANK YOU, LIZ SENSBAUGH

Terry, the dog trainer, has been a great dog trainer. I have tried out many in and around the area where I live, and have never had any success. This time I am seeing successes that I never thought possible. My dog is making great strides. Yes, she has a long way to go, and so do I, but with Terry's help, I believe we are achieving that goal well. Terry is very professional, yet very down to earth, and will talk to you about what he wants you to do. He models everything for you, then he gives you the leash and lets you do the work with your dog. He offers good information and helps you to correct the areas in which you might be doing something wrong. He also seems to do so until he sees you are getting it right. He explains well, and he doesn't just say ok, now you do it. He observes closely and helps you. His work quality is tip top, and he is very responsive to the dog's needs as well as any needs the owner has in working with the dog. He knows what he is doing, and he knows how to teach people . Terry is rarely ever late, but if for some reason, he is going to be a few minutes late, he always calls me to let me know this. Value can mean one of two things to me. I always think of it in a monetary way first, and as far as the money that I have spent and am spending, I believe these lessons are a great price for the money. I think they are worth every penny I have put out for them. I think about not only being worth the money for the lessons, but when I think about it, this man drives all over the place, and the price is worth it for the 35 - 40 mi drive he makes to come help and teach me to teach my dog. I realize too, that he has expenses, and he has to pay for gasoline, so the monetary price I pay is definitely worth it. I really cannot express what kind of value Terry and the lessons exhibit on a teaching and content level. I think this is the most valuable thing I have learned in a long time. I cannot measure the value that the lessons have for my dog and me. I believe she feels like she has more structure, and I am feeling positive and excited , because I am learning to be her leader instead of the other way around. I am also feeling more respected by her. I am so happy that I found Always Faithful Dog Training and that I have Terry to help me and show me how to handle my dog !

Myself, my family and our pets have been customers of Tri-County K9 Academy for over 12 years. Whether our dogs are just starting obedience training, are working out for a dog trial, if we have a pet we have a behavior issue we need help with, or if I need assistance with my Service Dog, both Darryl and Tammy have been patient, excellent instructors and their daughters are great helpers. The environment at Tri-County K9 is set up to be safe, educational and rewarding for both animals and humans. They have watched over several of our dogs when we have had to leave town on short notice and we have always come home to happy, clean dogs that you can just tell had a well rounded fun time. Tri-County K9 Academy is an excellent experience for all whether you are training with your own dog, having your dog trained, adopting one of the many dogs rescued and rehabbed at Tri-County, needing boarding, or becoming a better dog owner. Tri-County K9 Academy should be your first stop for all your K9 needs.

For the first time a house cleaner was early and not late, didn’t try to change the time nor date at the last minute and worked hard, doing a good job. What a treat to find a reliable assistant! She can pet sit and do dog training as well. I’ll be utilizing these services, too. A good person as well it seems. I’d give her a 10. Carol C

Pilla has done an incredible job with our Aussie, Nox. She uses only positive training and she is very knowledgeable! It was more about teaching us than our dog and being able to understand exactly what he needs. She always explains things in an easy way to understand and she's very encouraging. Highly recommend her for all your dog training needs! She's awesome!

Jeff and I adopted a 4 year old pit mix two years ago (Socs). He is 70lbs, neutered, and in good health. He is incredibly sweet, obedient, and submissive inside our home, but when he is walking on a leash, he gets very agitated by the sight of other dogs. He lunges and yelps in a very high pitched tone and will not listen to the commands he knows very, very well inside. Socs is very aggressive to dogs he meets outside (even if they get close), but if we introduce another dog to him inside the home, he is still very dominant, but no longer attacking - just playing - and will then settle down to being submissive after an hour. He is also VERY sensitive to things (babies, other dogs, stuffed animals) being picked up and carried by people and whenever this happens, he goes into a frenzy of lunging and yelping and trying to get to that object that is being carried. Because we didn't know him before he was 4 years old, we don't know why. He had come into the shelter as a stray, so we cannot even contact his previous owners to determine the cause of his mental issues. I Things have come to a head recently because I am fostering another male, neutered, pitbull. They are best friends inside, constantly wrestling, snuggling, and licking each others' mouths. We walked them together fine for a month but two weeks ago, our dog saw another dog being walked nearby, and instead of lunging at that dog (as usual), he lunged at our foster dog and started attacking him. We had to have help separating them and both had bad puncture wounds. Once they got home, they were best friends again, like nothing had happened. This happened again last week and again last night. Last night was the worst and Socs bit all the way through the foster dog's cheek. When Jeff pulled Socs off the foster dog, Socs then tried attacking Jeff. I understand that Socs probably wasn't socialized as a pup and that might explain his aggression toward unknown dogs outside, but we are NOT okay with him being aggressive at all, ever, toward people. Would it be possible to get him evaluated and determine how we can help him?
