Hi, I've started my own personal training business in the Klein area and I'm ready to help you. I've also been a firefighter/paramedic with the Houston Fire Department for the last 29 years. I've spent that time saving many lives and decided it was time to start helping people actually live their best lives possible. I highly recommend Stay Sharp Personal Training. It is a perfect fit for my workout preference (small private gym with no contract commitment). Tom is a great trainer. He knows what he's doing and he lives what he teaches. I haven't been in a gym in years and I feel very comfortable with Tom's plan getting me back in shape.

Tom is a very helpful trainer, I was nervous about starting my training sessions because I’ve never had any so I did not know what to expect, but immediately when I met him I felt comfortable. I’ve learned a lot of great exercises, and different equipments just by training with him. I think the sessions are definitely worth it.
