Introduction: What better way is there to reward yourself with an hour of calm, peace, physical and mental relaxation? Who doesnt experience stress in their life? Who couldnt use time to de-stress?
This one-hour MFH (Movement For Healthcare) session offers participants a space to refocus, reeducate and re-experience the self. Participants will be introduced to workouts with a focus on controlled breathing, guided imagery and progressive muscle relaxation. When practiced correctly, meditation and mindfulness offer deep and lasting benefits for mental functioning, emotional and physical health and well-being.
