- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
After trying your first two sessions absolutely free, pricing is quite simple. There are no complicated packages or contracts. No membership fees (or enrollment fees). Half hour sessions are simply $30 per session. For two people training together it is $20 per person per session. There are also hourly rates. Please inquire about pricing for three or more people.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After getting a general health and exercise history, I talk to my client about their goals and reasons for wanting to achieve those goals. I take new clients through two complimentary sessions, which are as much for the client to try out my training methods as they are for me to discover the client's capabilities. I would describe my training style as very methodical and calculated, beginning with the fundamentals and progressing as is appropriate to keep the client properly challenged and moving forward.
