Laura is amazing. She shows up with all the equipment we need and a positive attitude. Having her come to my house is a huge plus for me, as it gives me no excuse to not workout. I have noticed a huge difference since training with her, in both my strength and stamina. She has also been careful to take into account my lower back problems to insure I am working out safely and pain-free. She comes prepared with a new workout each session, so I never get bored. She challenges me, encourages me, and is an all-around great person. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time with her, even when she's kicking my butt.
Carl is exactly what I had hoped for in a trainer! He listened carefully to my specific needs and developed a plan that works perfectly for my goals, supports my chronic back issues, and works within the time frame I have. His approach is holistic; so weight training circuits along with focus on diet and nutrition has been a huge bonus for me. My trainer Keenan will meet me wherever I choose to work out but we prefer outside at the park because we can do more circuit type workouts involving different sets constantly going back and forth between working out each muscle. When I first started working with Keenan I had told him I wanted to get toned and not bulky. My trainer has stayed true to making my workout give me what I was asking and expecting to receive from each workout. Each workout is a little different than the last and and it works out a lot of everything rather than hitting just arms or legs super hard. Keenan is flexible with times and days and never runs late. Expect him always about 15 mins early actually! Also be ready to push yourself as hard as he does because once you start a set with him, it doesn't matter how tired you are, you will finish. If you have to cancel a session or anything last minute he is gracious as long as it is at least the day before when you let him know. I would recommend Keenan to anyone no matter what you are looking to get out of a trainer because he will personally make a routine strictly for you keeping in mind what you wanted to get long term from your workouts.
I have been training under Caitlin for almost 3 months and love the obvious result seen. I have dropped 12 pounds since my last yearly physical and feel much healthier than ever before. Caitlin offers close and guided support that makes newcomers feel comfortable and secure. Her work out routine is tapered and flexible for just about anyone. In addition to the work out services that Caitlin provides she also volunteered to assist me in planning a healthier diet. Caitlin met me at Central Market and helped me shop and prepare a more meaningful menu as well change my poor eating habits. I have never seen anyone as driven and committed to the cause as she! Great assessment of our physical conditions and potential limitations. Started us out at a reasonable level and brought us to higher levels of endurance, balance and healthy habits each week. She always created different work outs with different equipment so that boredom was never an issue. She would repeat certain routines for us to see our progress. What a friendly, knowledgable trainer. We learned so much from her training, socially, and spiritually. Holly was always punctuial and gave 100% of her attention to each client. We miss her and wish circumstances could bring her back to the gym.

The easiest question to ask is: " who have you worked with and where are they going to school?" - the follow up question is: "what is the parents phone number so that i can ask them personally about your services." - You have eliminated 90% of fact checking in two questions.
