I have been working with Coach Scott and his team for 6 weeks now and I am well on my way to reaching my fitness goals. He is motivating in a way that makes working out fun and engaging so come time for a session you are excited not drained. I’m also a huge fan of his mobile gym not only is it convenient again keeps you going with each session being different from the last. He checks in on you through your the week helping me stay focused... and my daughter even joins in on the workouts! I can’t say enough about the quality of his work ethic. I will continue my training with him and highly recommend you trying him out as your fitness/life coach .

Coach Scott and his team are everything I was hoping for and more as I decided to get back into a routine and work on my health and life. As a former athlete they are the perfect mixture of encouraging but they will PUSH YOU. They hold you accountable. I appreciate that they offer to come to my home to run the sessions and am excited the results I know I will see with them leading me!

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with him the past few months (until my professional life got in the way ) but I plan on hiring him again in the future when my schedule returns to normal.
He was amazing and we have loved working with him!

The coaches that have asset me on this journey to weight loss have been more then encouraging.
