- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First consultation by phone or in person. Then decide on a program based on your needs includes assessments, nutrition, and athletic performance, corrective exercise, sports psychology, post/pre physical therapy. 2-3 sessions a week is recommended for optimal results. Homework and meal and drink tracking on MyFitnessPal is included. I’m always available for questions and my tips, articles, and meal plans are sent often to you to your email or preferred form of contact; the better the program the more detailed help and nutrition coaching you will get!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from TWU with my BS in kinesiology and nutrition. I have worked at numerous physcial therapy places. I worked at lifetime as a triathlon coach. I have been doing my mobile personal training business since 2011. I worked as an assistant swim coach with Prestonwood Christian Academy for 2 years. I was a trainer/coach for Sgt. H20s Water Fitness class. I have several certifications NASM CPT, NASM CES, AFSA water aerobics, America’s Coaches Swimming Association, and NFPT CPT. In addition also certified in NASM Strength & Balance as well as registered with North Texas Masters Swim and USA swimming!
