I have just started working out with Arlington Fit Body Boot Camp after many years off from exercise. Best decision ever made! Joshua is very encouraging and is a great motivator. This is not your drill sergeant type boot camp! Not only are you getting a great workout but he gives you great ideas to implement outside the gym to help you journey be even more successful!
Eric is the greatest! I’ve participated in fitness boot camps he has lead for the past two years. I’ve also had him as a personal trainer for the past 4 months. His ability to identify your limits and push you near them for maximum gains allows for quick results. No two workouts are the same. I've worked with personal trainers over the past 25+ years. Hands down, Adam Smith is the best I've ever trained with, ever. I'm grateful for the opportunity to train with him over the past 5 years or so. He is extremely knowledgeable about everything fitness, and also nutrition (including specific diets like vegan, etc). As a matter of fact, it was Adam who helped me to identify Power Lifting as a competitive sport, and then trained me to win my 2014 SoCal Gold Medal. Adam has helped me transform my body by decreasing fat while increasing my muscle mass!! I never know my body could look like it does today. He really cares about the well being of his clients, and has become a dear friend over the years. I am 43 years old, married, and have one child. My husband and I own a computer repair and consulting firm in Rockwall, Texas. Before Rowlett Fit Body Boot Camp, the stress from working long hours had a negative impact on my marriage, diet, and physical and mental well-being. I had gained 20 pounds, felt unattractive, exhausted, and overwhelmed. I won a gift certificate for a free month at a Rowlett Chamber Networking Event and started with my diet and exercise program on August 1, 2014. I made the decision to change my diet, cut out soda and follow the Isagenix 30 day weight loss and nutritional cleansing program while attending Rowlett Fit Body boot camp and training for a 5K race. I released 20 pounds and 36 inches by November 23, 2013. In September, I entered my first 5K and finished in 36 minutes. My second 5K in October was 2 minutes faster and my last 5k in November was just under 30 minutes winning 1st place in my age group. I kept going to bootcamp and decided to enter another challenge for Energy and Performance on January 18, 2014. I lost another 2 inches and 2 percent body fat during my most recent challenge. My success story would not be possible without a healthy diet and sound exercise program. The 30 minute full body workout fits perfectly into my busy schedule. The class is fun and challenging and I continue to gain strength, stamina and flexibility from the varied workouts provided at each session. I have experienced increased energy, weight loss and improved health and performance and will be a Rowlett fit Body Bootcamp member for life!
I trained with Randy before and after my knee replacement several years ago. He helped me with my weight loss and strengthening my knee to prepare for the surgery. And after the surgery he helped me build up the muscles around my knees as well as a total body work out. I felt like he had a good understanding of what I wanted and needed and pushed me to achieve my maximum ability. I would definitely recommend Randy to anyone looking for a fitness trainer

Sara started out as my trainer and blossomed into a true friend. When she introduced me to Fit Body Boot Camp it was so that the positive energy from all the trainers and others working on a new life style would help me over the hump!!!! My first renegade row attempt was a disaster feet up (yeah right) handed me a 10 pound medicine ball (which I couldn't lift). I can do that row with a 15 pound weight now!!!!! I have been working out with Ben for about 2 years now, a couple of times a week. I first started off with him doing a boot-camp style program â¦ he was really good at mixing it up, not letting it get too boring and stale. Always focusing on what we needed to target the mostâ¦ I was getting ready for my wedding so he helped me lose the weight and get in good shape for the big dayâ¦ lost 40lbs !!! (couldâve been a lot more if I wasnât in love with BREAD ï)â¦. Ben is very knowledgeable about nutrition, work outs and pretty much all things health related. I liked how he adjusted the work out to fit my needs and where I was at in my lifeâ¦ the wedding work out was all about getting results somewhat fast , I got pregnant right after the wedding so then he adjusted to make sure that whatever exercises he had me do were safe and comfortable to me and the baby to be ï.. now 4 months after the baby I am back to the normal workouts and eating better. I believe I am on my way to the same results as before ï Anyone who trains with Ben will NOT be disappointed! Great Trainer.. great guy !
Elite Boot Camp Fitness has been a blessing for me. I've always been athletic my whole life, and exercised at least 5 days a week. Just before moving to Dallas 5 yrs ago, I started gaining weight for no reason. Dr after Dr brushed it off as, "you are over 40 now.. eat less and exercise more." I knew something was wrong. Nothing worked, and frustration grew, but there was no way I was giving up. I discovered EBCF and started training w/ Robert. After a month, I started losing a few pounds. It was a very slow process, and not near as much as most BC participants lose, but at least the number on the scale was going down! Then, a Dr finally checked my thyroid the proper way, and determined it was virtually non-functioning. It took another year to get me on the right med and to get my dosage right. As my thryroid slowly began to work, the workouts w/ EBCF began to show. Fast forward to today, and I've lost 20 lbs. Doing boot camp also helped me recover from a full hysterectomy faster than any other patient my OB has seen, because my heart and lungs were so strong. Those have been the "physical" benefits. I have also met the most incredible women in this class, and I'm so happy to call them my friends. Elite Boot Camp Fitness has been such a blessing in my life, and it will always be part of my healthy lifestyle. Thanks Robert for all that you do!!

New Life Family Fitness is more than a boot camp. I have tried several different bootcamps in the past... Although, I lost weight with the other bootcamps. I always felt like just another number. The previous trainer were always trying to push a product that I should be taking, Protein shakes and supplements. When I first started going to New Life Family Fitness, I was waiting to see what protein shakes and supplements they endorse. To my suprise that never happen. It's all about life style change, healthy eating and working out. As I stated before, New Life Family Fitness is more than a bootcamp... It's a Lifestyle change with family. Mike is such a great coach! I attend his Transformation Boot Camp and while boot camps and workouts can be similar across the world, he is what makes it unique and makes you want to keep coming back! I never thought I would enjoy getting up at 5am to go workout but somehow he makes you want to get up! He is encouraging, positive, empowering, and really cares about everyone.
I have worked with Christyn for almost 3.5 years. I found here after my first child was born and needed to lose the baby weight. She really worked with me to help change my eating habits and show me by some tweaks I could get the weight off. I lost over 45 lbs and several inches in working with her. I continued after I lost the weight and attended her boot camps. She helped me stay fit during my second pregnancy and it made for a smoother delivery. Christyn has taught me so much. I've been training with Coach Felipe for over 8 months and he is great! At first I was intimated by doing crossfit but after my first month, I can't stop going. It has improved my overall stamina and self-esteem. Also I am getting stronger everyday, he works with you one on one or can do his boot camp which will make you sweat. He also gives you tips on the days that you are not able to make it in the gym. What's very important to me is that he also provides you with dietary information. Definitely recommend him to be your trainer!

I started working with Mark 4 years ago in a boot camp group. I had recently gone to a concert and we parked on the 5th level up. When we left I made it up two flights and had to stop because I was out of breath. I had to stop at each landing to breathe. Mark told me to give him a year and I would be able to go up those stairs without stopping. A year later and he was right. Mark has also helped me with rehab for my hip joint. I was in pain after a few steps. The exercises he had me do seemed easy but not so much. After 6 months I could walk the malls again without limping. Mark tailors every workout to the needs or goals of his clients. I will always work out with Mark Weddell and so will my husband. Mark helped my husband prepare for knee surgery so the muscles would not deteriorate after the surgery. It was a much faster recovery than after his first knee operation. I also met my weight goal. The only thing that could make it better was me being able to devote more time to training.
