Introduction
I focus on what the client wants and use a method learned and proven while in the US Army Infantry and Special Operations. I also will come to you so you do not have that uncomfortable gym atmosphere that some people find intimidating at first. I've worked under learning, with and for a lot of gyms and trainers in Tyler. The biggest complaint I heard and complement I received was that trainers focus to much on weights and heavy lifting even with beginners where I use everything for cutting muscle and burning fat as well and building muscle. I monitor your eating habits and progress monthly by 30 day assessments and writing out your meal plan with things to do at home. I also use the first session working out to asses level and not just an interview like most gyms. Money back if you're not satisfied in 60 days. I really enjoy helping people to learn the science and structure as well as learn to live a healthy lifestyle. When I get a client that's never really been in a gym or not worked out in a longtime and is intimidated or nervous gain that confidence and ability to come in and do his/her own workout on their own is a huge reward.
