Teaming up with doctors, physical therapists and other medical professionals, I have spent the majority of my career helping my clients improve their mobility, become stronger and live happier lives through private yoga, functional movement training and meditation.

I instruct various styles of yoga including hatha, vinyasa, power and hot yoga classes. Session and instruction are based on the needs of the client. I consider breathing, meditation and alignment of postures in a 90-minute period.
