I took the leap and hired Spartan Strength Training. Rene has not only made me 100% confident but I am already seeing results. He is very genuine and makes me feel awesome while I am in the gym. Rene has also been able to answer every question about fitness and nutrition I have. He is extremely knowledgeable. Ladies, don`t be intimidated by a male trainer... he is amazing and beyond professional. It`s nice knowing I have him for support.
