- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is generally $75/week and includes unlimited support and contact, individual workout plans, and custom video instruction. This guarantees that you get all the support you need to see satisfying results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process starts with an initial consultation, where we discuss goals, expectations and past experience. We then perform several health, performance and movement assessments. Afterwords, a personalized plan is developed with your input and feedback. After the workout and nutrition recommendations are set, we virtually meet as often as you feel is needed. We also have daily contact via text or videos to discuss training, form, and adherence or necessary changes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified in personal training with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I was also previously certified as a defensive tactics instructor by a major metropolitan police department. Aside from my formal training. I have over a decade of experience working with nearly every age, goal, and body type.
