It was seriously like nothing I have experienced before. I had woken up with a headache and only after 10 minutes of TJ working her magic, it had disappeared. It was literally the most relaxing, calming massage and more. It was like relaxing fireworks as I could feel all the tension, toxins and negative energy flow right out of me.
Johnnae is a hard-working and gifted yoga instructor who develops apt flows that have empowered me to re-enter my yoga practice comfortably and confidently after major ortho reconstruction surgery. Her highly personalized programs are on target, and her adjustments have helped me to deepen my engagement in my practice. I noticed a more significant improvement in my physical and mental balance my first week working with a Johnnae than I did In over 12 weeks of post-op physical therapy. She is always punctual and professional, yet flexible and very personable. She has also made the services affordable enough to continue long term, for which I am grateful; I am looking forward to continuing to practice with her.
Meagan's studio has given me the opportunity to dance again. There are so many different classes offered I have been able to try new dance styles and by attending the fitness classes I have lost many pounds and inches. After a long day it is great to walk in and be greeted with smiles and encouragement from the staff and other students.
I enjoy Alyssa's' yoga classes because she gives you options when you are doing a certain positions. If you to make the yoga pose more of a challenge or easier, she will tell you to do a little more of this or that, and she always shows you an example. I'm amazed at her knowledge of the history of the different chakras and how they relate to your body. I love that she takes the time to explain the benefit of the different positions. The classes that I've been to have a range from young to old and she has the ability to make everyone feel like they are having a private lesson. I would recommend her classes to anyone that is just learning or has been doing yoga for years.
I'm loving my private mamma and me classes with Sharece. I have four kids so I rarely get a second to myself and have had the hardest time fitting yoga into my routine. Being able to have Sharece come to my home and include my L.O. in the class has been amazing! Sharece is an excellent instructor who is great with my daughter so I get a great session in every time and my daughter mirrors my poses or engages in other ways like crawling under the bridge, sitting on the boat, etc. My L.O. asks for yoga now every time she sees my mat! I love it.
Scott is an extraordinary yoga instructor. We worked together for several years and my experience was one of great learning, both in the physical and spiritual nature of yoga. He has a wonderful mix of professionalism and warmth of caring, with a lovely amount of wit and humor thrown in the mix to keep a smile near at hand. He is well versed in the knowledge of muscular structure to keep from undue injury. I couldn't have asked for a better instructor.
Robin is a wonderful yoga teacher! She came to our house and even taught the class outside on our front lawn because it was a nice day. I felt totally relaxed and happy after the class, and I can't wait to hire Robin again.
