The staff is FANTASTIC. If your main focus is friendly staff who can work with a wide variety of people, this is your company. I have at least 3 people at SPM I feel comfortable texting, calling, and emailing while I'm at work. I've never felt so relaxed in my life since I made this switch. They've helped me work with the Housing Authority for a Section 8 tenant, helped me navigate some legal concerns I had with a neighbor, and were able to rein my tenant's complaints/ workorder demands quickly and efficiently. The pricing is okay- I'm still trying to figure out last month's bill, specifically the maintenance fees. The Per/Unit price is fantastic and overall I wind up feeling like I should tip or pay more for the level of service they provide. The only thing I would improve is the reporting/ Owner portal, but it was not my priority when looking for a management company. If it's a priority for you, just ask to see what management tools you have available to you and decide if it works for your needs.
