My daughter had voice lessons with Brian to prepare for an upcoming audition and we were so impressed. Within the first few weeks her range, strength, and projection had already improved. She got several opportunities to perform (both in vocal recitals and public performances) while she took lessons, and that made all the difference in calming her nerves when she sang in front of people. Having those chances were probably the things I loved most about Unfurled Music. It was really cool to see his other students improve from one recital to the next as well. You'd see them struggle the first time, maybe get off key, but at the next performance they would nail their song! I debated back and forth for a long time trying to decide who to go to for lessons, and I'm so glad we chose Brian. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and flexible. We definitely recommend him!

This voice instructor has been great at demonstrating and using hands on strategies that have helped me understand what it feels to be using my breath/air in the most efficient and natural way. She focuses alot of the fundamentals in order to build off of good techniques. You can tell she is passionate about what she does and is thrilled to hear her students make positive improvements. I'd like to practice these techniques more while working on a song. .. it's taken a while to get to practice learned strategies on a song...

Diana is a remarkable teacher. Well educated with a breath of vocal and pedogogical experience. She immediately puts you at ease as you inevitably must face your vulnerabiltiy when singing. As a beginnig voice student I was amazed at the accesable way Diana teaches the fundamentals. I have and will continue to recommend students to her.

Alisa's voice will melt you in any style. I was so impressed with her YouTube channel of the most gorgeous, heart-felt jazz song renditions, that I asked her to sing a set at my wedding reception. I also asked her to sing a beautiful German art song in a classical style for my wedding ceremony, which she did with utmost aplomb and beauty. She charmed me and my guests, in both styles, and made the evening incredibly beautiful. Alisa is professional, punctual, highly responsive, well-prepared, and friendly. She is so easy to work with. I would hire her again in a heartbeat. You will love her!

Greg is awesome! I had my first vocal lesson with him today and I feel that I've already learned a lot. First off, he does not charge much, compared to other vocal instructors, which is great because I am trying to save every cent I can. Secondly, Greg is nice, friendly, and cares about your success. Greg is also funny and outgoing. He will definetly help you come out of your shell if you are a shy singer. Greg has helped me by teaching me helpful vocal warm-ups, correct techinque (posture, breathing, etc.), and by practicing songs to improve my vocal ability. Greg knows what he is doing and I would definitely recommend him to anyone. I had so much fun at our voice lesson today and I can't wait for future voice lessons!

Kristin has been great at identifying my own personal learning style. She presents things in a very understandable and approachable way. Her lessons are a lot of fun, and she is very supportive. I would definitely recommend her to people of any skill level, including to people who have never taken voice lessons before, like me!

Brittney is awesome! She's professional and great with kids. We love that she has her own studio. Within a few sessions, she was able to help my daughter gain more confidence and helped her expand her high range and hit notes she didn't believe she could hit before. Overall my daughter really enjoys working with her. We would recommend her to anyone looking to start voice lessons.

Having worked in the musical theater industry for 20 years, I’m pretty particular about who my own children take vocal lessons from. Not all voice teachers are created equal. Jacks work with my daughter has been phenomenal. The progress that has happened in such a short period of time has thrilled me as a parent. Even more then just technical work, which is spot on, the skills he has given her to help with her Performance anxiety have been so helpful. I would highly recommend Jack for work on improving all aspect of your vocal work!

I've always wanted to sing, but I've always felt uncomfortable taking lessons with someone. Kahli has been so comfortable to work with. She's helped me progress quickly, and hasn't made me awkward or self conscious. She's excellent at identifying areas that I need to improve, and helping me implement techniques that correct my struggles. Highly recommended!

My two grandchildren (ages 10 and 8) are taking beginner piano lessons from Stephanie. She is patient and kind and very good at helping them understand the basics. She has made the lessons very fun. She is a great motivator, and an excellent piano teacher with a lot of experience. This has been a very rewarding experience for all of us.

My daughter is taking piano and voice lessons from Libby. We absolutely adore her. She really connects with her. I have no music background at all so I am of no help. It’s amazing to me how quickly my daughter is learning.

Sarah helped me with an audition piece, and I was so impressed! I learned some great new techniques and really noticed a vast improvement in my performance in a short time. I was really nervous, and she put me at ease, and helped me in a non-judgmental, positive way. I would definitely recommend Sarah for voice lessons. I know she is amazing with children too.

From day 1 of lessons, Anthony was excellent. Not only did he understand my voice from the very beginning, but he understood my personality and made lessons a safe and comfortable environment. There were things I never thought possible with my voice going into these lessons. And every single obstacle I faced, he helped me concur it. You would be very lucky to work with him.

I feel so lucky to have lessons with Suzanne. She changed my perspective of my voice. I’ve learned a lot about techniques that apply for a specific sound whether it be pop, classical, musical theater or even voice over work. Her skills have not only taught me a lot but changed my approach to singing. You will not be disappointed! Thank you Suze and keep sharing your gift!!! I look forward to our next session.
