Keegan is the most knowledgeable trainer I've had. He knows cutting edge techniques for myofascial release, cardiovascular training, and strength training. He listened to my goals before we started training and together, we came up with a plan catered specifically to me. I got to choose the amount of personal training sessions, stretch sessions, and yoga sessions I wanted. I feel so much more energetic and all-around healthier since I started training with him. I'm way more flexible, far stronger and have achieved several goal weights with him.
I have been going to weekly yoga classes for 14 years and met a lot of teachers and Amy is right on the top of my list. Not only is she great in yoga and executes each pose like an expert, more importantly, she is a GREAT teacher! She will talk you through the proper alignment of every pose and tell you about all the modifications you can make in order to make the pose easier or super-advanced (with everything in between too.) She does all this in a very peaceful and calming manner that allows you to relax and focus on your yoga during class. I highly recommend Amy and I still would be attending her classes had I not moved out of state.

I have never practiced or attended other Yoga classes before taking Sandrine's class. She offered a weekly session for our office, and it was something we all looked forward to. She taught well for all levels, and had a great sense for when we were ready to progress in class. Sandrine has a wonderful, positive attitude and balancing energy that made Yoga approachable for a beginner. She builds on her teachings nicely, and now I'm able to confidently practice a few things on my own while I'm home. I can't say enough great things!
Johnnae is a hard-working and gifted yoga instructor who develops apt flows that have empowered me to re-enter my yoga practice comfortably and confidently after major ortho reconstruction surgery. Her highly personalized programs are on target, and her adjustments have helped me to deepen my engagement in my practice. I noticed a more significant improvement in my physical and mental balance my first week working with a Johnnae than I did In over 12 weeks of post-op physical therapy. She is always punctual and professional, yet flexible and very personable. She has also made the services affordable enough to continue long term, for which I am grateful; I am looking forward to continuing to practice with her.

Yoga by Rian is by far my first choice for yoga classes. Rian is a brilliant teacher. He’s mindful of each students strengths and weaknesses and is able to give individual instruction while maintaining focus and direction throughout the entire session. Rian is also super knowledgeable. He is passionate about his students well being and I always leave class feeling uplifted and better!

Julie was very respectful and flexible! She worked with our schedule and did massages for me and 2 of my friends. It was a relax-full experience and much needed.
