Last year, Keegan put together a group of a girls ranging from early college age, to late 20s. We would get together and run, lift weights, various forms of cardio and more lifting. He was very encouraging and kept pushing us when we wanted to quit. For me, my upper body strength was good at all when I first started. As I kept working my upper body strength with Keegan and the girls, I was able to strengthen myself even more then I had thought. I also learned a lot about how muscles work through our workouts and from Keegan showing us how to use the exercise equipment.
Amy was so friendly and fun and worked wonderfully with our group of teenagers. Her yoga knowledge and skill is impressive and she was really easy to communicate with. Thanks, Amy!!
I met Linda when she was a Corporate Yoga Coach at Rocky Mountain Power several years ago. Recently I contacted her for a series of private sessions, primarily to address issues with my neck. She's a problem solver and instead of treating symptoms went directly to the root causes, such as bad posture, alignment, ergonomics, flexibility, strength, and so on. It was seriously like nothing I have experienced before. I had woken up with a headache and only after 10 minutes of TJ working her magic, it had disappeared. It was literally the most relaxing, calming massage and more. It was like relaxing fireworks as I could feel all the tension, toxins and negative energy flow right out of me.

I'm loving my private mamma and me classes with Sharece. I have four kids so I rarely get a second to myself and have had the hardest time fitting yoga into my routine. Being able to have Sharece come to my home and include my L.O. in the class has been amazing! Sharece is an excellent instructor who is great with my daughter so I get a great session in every time and my daughter mirrors my poses or engages in other ways like crawling under the bridge, sitting on the boat, etc. My L.O. asks for yoga now every time she sees my mat! I love it.

I am a junior in college, and I am majoring in anthropology, with a health emphasis and minor in nutrition.
