Cesar, Rick, Alan, Ismael, Ivan and their team were incredible! They completed a very difficult demo of our old 1940s bathroom that was floor to ceiling tile and modernized it in record time. We are so grateful for every team member who worked so hard to make the bathroom come out awesome! The workmanship is so impressive and the team was so friendly and professional.

They installed an 8' quartz island for us in the kitchen and created a basement laundry room. Absolutely superb work. Saved us thousands of dollars over other estimates. Did the install in under two weeks, while everyone else wanted two months. Supreme professionals, great workmanship, courteous and very responsive. The owner of the company gets personally involved and follows up until the end. Highly recommend this company. They may be the very best in the business. We have more projects to come and we will only do it with them from now on. Absolutely, highly recommend them!

If I knew how this project would go when I signed a contract with US Top Homes, I would have gone with another company. The salesperson was top notch. The general contractor was responsive to the many issues that arose. The problem is with the project manager who lacks the necessary skills to make sure the jobs are done properly. When things went wrong due to his lack of attention and supervision of the workers, he claimed I had made an error or that the age of the house caused the issue. The poor employees came to a job site with little knowledge of what needed to be done because they were not properly informed or supervised by the project manager. Most of them do not speak English, which makes it next to impossible to direct them to do things properly. This job was supposed to be completed in late November 17, 2022. Today, March 10, 2023 the final correction to the plumbing was made by a master plumber who sub-contracts with US Top Homes. Here are some of the issues I faced: 1. The project manager sent a painter over to "paint the bathroom" one week before he had scheduled the demo to begin on the bathroom. 2. At one point, the project manager advised me he had drywall guys coming to install drywall the next morning. When I advised him the electrical box and plumbing needed to be moved to accommodate the new vanity, he questioned my knowledge. The salesperson advised him I was right on this. I am unsure why he would not know this needed to be done as it was clearly set forth in the contract I signed for the remodel. 3. The project manager OK'd a Kohler shower door for installation. I was out of town when the employees installed it. They put the sliding door next to the toilet and the fixed panel where you need to enter the bathtub. When they corrected it, the door was not closing properly and they damaged the top bar. Their solution was to put plastic plugs in the holes they drilled on the bar. When I asked about the door not closing properly, the project manager claimed it was caused by the tub not being level. That was untrue. Add to that the fact they put in new sub-flooring before they installed the tub. If the floor was in fact not level, why would they not have addressed that when they put in the new sub-floor? He then told me he informed me at the outset I needed a custom door. Also not true. He approved the Kohler door in writing. 4. Upon returning from vacation, I found a large, rectangular stain on the hardwood floor outside the bathroom. I refinished the floors before moving into the home in March 2022. The workers had to stain a small portion of the floor during the finish work. Apparently, they spilled the stain and spread it around in an attempt to clean it up. The contractor had to have a hardwood floor sub-contractor come out. He had to completely redo the area outside the bathroom. The sub-contractor's work was perfect. 5. The hot water pressure changed dramatically when the plumbing was moved. They tried to fix it 2 times and then claimed it was (1) a faulty faucet, which caused me to order a new one; and (2) the fact the water was being pumped up two floors from the water heater in the basement. I pointed out there was no issue with the hot water pressure in the bathtub. They finally sent an employee from the master plumber's company. He corrected the water flow issue in about 15 minutes. It turns out, the US Top Homes employees had not flushed the line properly when they installed the faucet/plumbing. 6. The hot and cold water lines were loose, i.e., not secured to the wall after their installation. I pointed this out several weeks ago. They said they fixed this issue. That is not true. After their "fix," the soft close drawer on the vanity was also not working. The master plumber came out today and adjusted the lines so they are secure to the wall. He changed the fittings to a higher quality as the ones US Top Homes installed tend to leak. Once he completed the repair so the lines were not loose under the sink, the soft close drawer started working again. Turns out the loose lines were blocking the bottom drawer from closing properly. The only reason I did not give a 1-star rating of this company is because the salesperson tried very hard to correct all these issues that arose during the project and the contractor agreed to do what was necessary to correct the shoddy work. For the majority of the remodel, the company did not utilize sub-contractors, but instead uses their own employees who are clearly not skilled in this type of remodel. The tile work and custom shower door were completed by sub-contractors and they were both excellent. If you decide to go with US Top Homes, I advise you to be home the entire time the job is ongoing so you can be the project manager for the job. If you depend on their project manager, good luck.
