My family had a bit of an emergency this last month. Our dishwasher broke, our sink was leaking underneath the counter, we needed a new disposal and faucet.. it was a mess. After having a the company install our dishwasher we had a pretty sketchy encounter with their install guy who quoted us an abnormal to re do the pipes under the sink stating that is why the leak was happening… After feeling uneasy about that guy we were referred Stephen, The Handy Man, from a close friend who said “he is all I use” Stephen came to our home, immediately told us it was not the under piping at all and diagnoses the issue for us right away. Stephen went above and beyond for us.. he installed our new sink, disposal, faucet, and even re caulked our entire kitchen. It looks fantastic!!! The most impressive part though is that he was courteous, kind, and offered to help out with other things while he was there just because he is a nice guy. We won’t use anyone else for our home repairs.. people always say “it’s good to know a handyman” we are so glad that we know Stephen and can’t wait for more home improvements in the future. 10/10 recommend him to everyone we know now:)

This company expressed an interest in my project, but they did not ask questions or come on site before giving me an estimate. When I told them that the project was canceled because I decided to do it myself, they tried to say that I owed them $23 for an unsolicited estimate that was given via message within the app. Very unprofessional approach for business solicitation. I'll not choose to use them for any future project.
