UFP has quality gear at unbeatable prices. I have been renting from them for over a year and they deliver every time. They drop off and pick up the trailer for you wherever your location is, which is a huge deal. Don't have a huge budget? No worries. UFP gives you the best bang for your buck when it comes to film gear. It's by far the best deal between Provo and Salt Lake City.

UFP Rentals have been great to work with. The equipment is always in good working order. The Prices are amazing.. I mostly enjoy how I can have a decent grip package, lighting package, and camera support at my shooting location. On smaller projects where I don't need a huge truck I have everything I would pull off the truck but without the extra cost or extra gear... I would suggest hiring Matt Long as often as you can along with the gear because the man knows his stuff...

The prices are good. There are issues in attitude and in consistency. I've rented equipment that was damaged, reported it, and had the equipment remain damaged when I rented it again months later. Equipment has also been rented out from underneath us by other shoots willing to pay more, despite the fact we had already reserved it.

I'm not sure when your rentals were but I'm very surprised by the comments. We don't change our prices based upon who is renting from us. Everyone gets the same low prices. We have on rare occasion made mistakes where the gear was promised to multiple people for the same day. This is not common and we try to resolve them as best as possible.
As for equipment being damaged, we appreciate when it's reported and make sure to fix damages as soon as possible. It's possible that the equipment was damaged again which would be some what of a fluke. We apologize for the inconvenience.
