Chef Teilmann was absolutely amazing. From his very first dish, he drew my family in completely. When two young kids (ages 5 and 7) go back for seconds of everythingincluding vegetablesyou know the meal was truly exceptional.Not only was the food outstanding, but Chef Teilmann also took the time to explain each dish and even shared how we could recreate them at home. Beyond his culinary talent, he was a pleasure to be arounddown-to-earth, engaging, and genuinely attentive.At one point, we mentioned that one of our guests was a picky eater, and he went out of his way to personally connect with them and encourage them to try the food. That level of care really stood out.We would absolutely recommend Teilmann Hansen without hesitation. If I could pack him up and bring him home as our personal chef, I would!

We had Enigma Chef to our home for a family dinner. There are many wonderful things about Tielmann and Olivia so I will just rattle them off: Communication was superb, he actually read and addressed my specific requests avoiding blanket cut and paste responses, pricing and services were transparent, fair and stated, he offered a variety of menus and was truly eager to please us (7 adults and 3 children), he arrived on time, was quiet working in the house so we could visit, extremely organized, dinner was served on time, FOOD WAS DELICIOUS and my kitchen was clean when he left. He has been the best private chef we've used so far and that has been many. We will definitely use him over and over!

We had Chef Teilmann cater a wedding dinner after our daughter's wedding. He came up with a menu that fit with our budget and dietary needs. We chose a combination of chicken and tri-tip beef. The meat was cooked to perfection. It was accompanied by creamy mashed potatoes and asparagus...delicious. Dessert was the highlight...panna cotta topped with mixed berries, which was a feast visually as well as for the taste buds. I appreciated Teilmann's responsiveness to my questions and concerns and his detailed price quotes without any hidden costs.

I have used Chef Teilmann for private chef purposes and also ordered from his online restaurant. He is extremely detail oriented and you can tell he has an intense passion for his craft. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

First time customer to Enigma Chef...I will definitely be back! Steak was amazing and cooked perfectly. Mashed potatoes with the fresh parmigiano cheese are a must. Love being able to swing by and have a fantastic dinner ready to take home. Thanks Enigma Chef!
