- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
all sessions are by schedule only I have 3 packages 30 minute session package 45 minute session package 60 minute session packages clients can pick minimum of 2 sessions a week to a max of 6 sessions a week.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new customers, It starts with a conversation. I want to learn about their lifestyle and their goals. I want to learn if there are any health concerns that we should be aware of before we work together to create their fitness plans I discuss their health, fitness, and professional background to better understand who they are as an individual. From there, we talk about what their mission is, how that mission has led them to myself, and how I can help them achieve their goals. I then take them through one of my fitness assessment tests that measures body fat percentage, musculoskeletal index, heart rate, fitness performance, and more. When everything is complete I use their profile to create their individualized fitness programs, meal plans, and exercise "homework" so we can start actively moving towards their goals together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several degrees from the University of Utah in the field of sports exercise science. I have a degree in health exercise science, sports exercise science, a masters degree in Kinesiology, and currently attending the U to get My PHD in Exercise physiology. I hold 3 of the top national certifications in the field of perosnal training, NASM, ACSM, ACE and ISSA I do 400 hours of continue education each year to keep my certifications current and to create better workouts and results for you. I place the highest level of emphasis on my education, certifications to create BETTER RESULTS!!!
