FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $50 per hour and $30 for 30-minute sessions. Semi-private training impacts these base prices by increasing total season cost to me, but by decreasing the price per person. 2 people for 1 hour is $75, but $37.50 per person.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always conduct an introductory consultation before putting your through your own specified program. Everyone needs something a Iittle different and comes with a varying set of goals and variables to work around. I like to establish this, and answer any questions that the client may have before beginning the program.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelors in Exercise Sport Science and with a Minor in Nutrition. Continuing education is a necessity. It helps to strengthen my craft by discovering new research in the exercise sciences. I am currently working toward achieving my MBA to run both my gym and my strength training businesses more methodically. My graduation date is set for the spring of 2020.
