- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, we bid all jobs based on a cost plus basis, accounting for materials and labor required to complete the job, adjusted to be competitive in the marketplace. Due to our long standing relationships with suppliers and high volumes, we are able to obtain materials at discounted rates and pass those discounts on to our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We contact a potential new customer to learn more about the project/need that they have and schedule an appointment with the customer to assess the job to provide a thorough and detailed recommendation and estimate for repairs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a licensed and insured General Contractor with trained technicians in all areas involved in home maintenance, remodeling and construction - including electrical, plumbing, hvac, framing/carpentry/millwork, drywall, painting, tile/flooring, doors/windows, irrigation, masonry/concrete, etc. You name it, we can draw on our diverse resources to get it done right. We also provide remediation services such as water extraction and mold treatment, as well as services to restore your home back to pre-disaster condition.
