Asked for a bid. He came out to see the job but never gave a bid. Followed up a couple of weeks later he said he'd been busy but would send the bid shortly. Never did. Could have easily said upfront after seeing the project that he's not interested in the job. Why waste everyone's time if you're not planning on taking the job?

Tal did a beautiful job on our project. I love the work he did and appreciate his communication with me. He is conscientious and thoughtful of the ideas I had and I especially appreciated his help with having to keep our exterior doors locked (which is a challenge when going in and out multiple times a day) due to our autistic teenage son. I would definitely hire him again, if he’d have us.
