Adam and Edwin replaced the vertical tiles on my exterior front step last fall. Concrete had crumbled under them and it needed to be filled, waterproofed and reset. We didn’t have extra tiles so it required cleaning the existing tiles that had become loose and reattaching, without breaking them! They showed up on the scheduled day, did a terrific job, cleaned up afterwards, and were very pleasant to be around. We plan on having them replace the tile in our bathroom in the spring.

I wish i could choose all 5 of the categories for this gentleman. He was professional in all our conversations and when in my home. He returned phone calls, he called when he said he would, he was able to schedule our appt in a timely manner and completed the shower tile job thoroughly, with care and with good products and materials, and completed the job in one day. He was patient and respectful when i had to reschedule and still treated me like a client he wanted to have so he worked around my renters schedule. The workmanship was superb. And they were respectful of the tenant, my home, and our wishes. On top of all that, his prices were extremely reasonable too. Choose distinctive Flooring Solutions for your job. This team was fantastic! I loved how Adam kept us so informed with what they wanted to accomplish in a day, report that back to us at the end of the day, and keep us in the loop with any unexpected issues that might add a bit more cost to the job. The communication with spot on. On top of that, the crew did an absolutely beautiful job installing our self-selected tiles, vanity and fittings. I’m so happy with the result I will be asking them to come back when we’re ready for a different project! A huge thank you to the entire crew at Distinctive Flooring for being a dream solution getting our kids’ bathroom functional and beautiful!
