- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is simple and transparent. We typically charge by the hour for local moves within the Salt Lake Valley, with a 2-hour minimum. Rates depend on how many movers you need, and we’ll always explain exactly what’s included — truck, dollies, pads, shrink wrap, and the muscle. No hidden fees or surprise charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you reach out, we’ll ask a few quick questions about your move — what size home or apartment, if there are stairs or elevators, and any special items like pianos, safes, or fragile furniture. After that, we’ll give you a clear quote and get you on the schedule. You’ll get a text or call from us the day before to confirm, and we always show up on time, ready to work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our crew is trained in proper lifting, loading, and securing techniques so your items are safe from start to finish. Most of us have been in the moving business for years — this isn’t our first rodeo. We also train every new team member hands-on, teaching them how to treat every home with respect and every item like it’s their own.
