This is the way to move things. I paid these guys $50 instead of the other offers of $350 and $180 with minimum time requirements of 2 hours when all I needed was 30 minutes. I'm calling Lugg every time from now on... fast, easy, cheap!

Rattay and Sergio were WONDERFUL! I thought I was going to need two vans but they fit everything in one. They were gentle with my furniture and boxes and worked incredibly hard. It was not an easy move- a ton of stairs and heavy furniture but they got it done in great time and were super friendly. I would 100% recommend Lugg and especially these two guys.

Bennie and Jesus were incredible. Extremely professional and very efficient. They were on time and moved my new armoire with no complains up my very long and narrow entryway. I will definitely use Lugg again!!

Terrible experience. I reserved their largest moving truck nearly 2 weeks in advance. They sent the movers a week early. They provided no way to contact them—only an email that they were slow to respond to. On the day of the move, they showed up with a small van. They would not get the big truck I reserved. I told them I would not pay extra for the multiple trips they would need to make with the small van. The movers were hard working but inexperienced and they made several trips. They did not even have their own tools or dolly and had to use mine. My son helped them quite a bit. He felt they were stretching out the move with all the trips. They finally agreed to get the bigger truck near the end of the day. This took over an hour and I was charged by the minute for their labor. It was only filled 1/2-1/3 of the way full with the last of my things. I kept trying to contact Lugg through their support email telling them I wished to discuss these issues before they charged my credit card (on file) for the final cost. These emails were ignored. When the movers finished, I gave them generous tips in case their pay was deducted. After they left, I immediately was sent a receipt for the entire duration of the time they spent making multiple trips and finally getting the truck I had reserved for the last small trip. I was charged for 11 1/4 hrs (by the minute!) in labor plus the fees. When Lugg finally responding to my 4 or 5 emails, it was a terse message in all caps insisting they had not overcharged me. I replied pointing out the extra time. They responded telling me no refund would be offered and this was the end of the matter. I am so angry. This move was a mess and I paid easily double what it should have cost.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The cost of your Lugg ultimately depends on the vehicle that you select, the number of miles between the two locations, and the number of minutes spent at pickup and drop off. Please visit our website where you'll be able to get the best estimate, view the most accurate availability, and book your Lugg. Below I have included the dimensions of our Lugg vehicles. Please make sure to compare these dimensions, to what needs to be moved, as we cannot complete more than one trip or stop, per Lugg request. If not all items fit, you will have to request a second Lugg or cancel and request the correct size vehicle. Lugg Pickup Truck - will be at least 6ft long and 4.5ft wide. The crew can leave the tailgate open for extra length and secure your items with straps for transport. Lugg Van - at least 8ft long, 4ft wide, and 5ft tall (King or Cal King mattress will not fit in this option) Lugg XL - will be at least 10ft long, 6ft wide and 7ft tall.
