- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on private or group sessions and frequency of sessions. For one-on-one training, pricing ranges from $65 to $75/session based on if you train in studio or if I come to you. Group training prices are lower.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I conduct anthropologic measurements and a fitness test to assess strengths and weaknesses. We will discuss goals, past experiences, and what the client is looking to achieve.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my undergraduate degree in Exercise & Sports Science. I recently completed the Masters program at the University of Utah studying exercise physiology/coaching wellness. Also, I am certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
