- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We figure out what you are looking to accomplish and how we can develop discipline to attack your goals. After a phone call with full goals assessment, we assess how well you move with a functional movement screen, combined with a completely customized functional screening process. E.g. If our goal is to run a marathon- we run together and assess form and look at where we need to improve the most going forward. At this point, I will gather your results and we build your health program.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BS in Kinesiology from MSU Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the NSCA 3 years building a Medically Oriented Gym from the ground up 3 years working and managing a personal training department of 15 3 years working with athletes from all different backgrounds and levels (high school, collegiate and professional) 10,000 + hours of client care.
