Joe did a great job on my home. He was fairly priced, and followed up on little things that I wasn't quite happy with. I know a lot of contractors would have just taken the money and ran. I use market-ready homes again in a second!

We purchased a home in West Jordan recently and within the past year or so the siding started to fall off one side of the house! The wind and rain storms made it worse as time went on, and my quick fixes to push the siding back in never lasted very long. I'm soooo happy I found this company. They were so quick to come over and scope out the project. The owner is super nice and friendly. He and his co-worker helped me to understand the problem areas and why the siding was falling. I felt he was very fair and honest with his assessment and pricing. Within a few days he was able to fit me in, and had one of his guys with 22 years of experience come over and remove a bunch of the panels and start over from the bottom up. He showed me what the nails were used previously were too short, which is why it was falling off. He went to the store and bought longer nails, and made sure they were driven into the studs. He knew his stuff and I felt comfortable with his plan. The end result was amazing! The panels were locked in tight! I have been looking for someone to fix this for a long time and haven't found anyone that would take on a repair job like this. I don't write reviews very often, but I'm writing this because I'm super pleased with this experience. Keep up the good work!

HSD Remodeling has done several projects of varying sizes on our house, and we've been very pleased with their work. Scott Rodriguez, the owner of HSD Remodeling, is very personable, an excellent communicator, quick to respond to our questions and concerns. He's been thoughtful and creative about solving problems in our charming, 100+ year-old house. We were unhappy with some work one member of Scott's crew did on a small project. Happily, Scott moved quickly to resolve the problem to our mutual satisfaction. We've worked with a couple of other general contractors in the past; Scott and HSD Remodeling has been the best. Even better, HSD's rates have been very fair. We will continue to hire them and recommend them to friends.

Excellent service, notified me when he was coming. Took extra time to make sure the installation was perfect. He is a very detailed contractor. I highly recommend his services.

DM handyman services is now the only handyman I will ever have do work for me. I've been burned by handymen before. My plumbing froze and burst over this last winter. While I already had a plumber, I had no clue who to call about the insulation and drywall. A dear friend of mine suggested Dave and said he was the best. I called him, and he informed me he was currently wrapping up two other projects at the moment, but could come out in a week. I was in no hurry since the space was empty and the plumber had not completed his work yet. A week later he showed up and gave me a bid SO fair that it felt like I had a friend giving me the buddy discount. He got right to work and took no time at all getting the insulation installed. He then informed me that it would be best to wait for warmer temperatures to install and finish the drywall. This is where I thought I was going to get hosed. To my surpise, the FIRST day it got warm he was on the phone with me saying it'd be a good time to fish the job. Once the drywall was in and he finished painting it, I couldn't even tell the damage had happened. He's a master of his trades. If he says you'll need to wait for his availability, WAIT. If he tells you its going to be a bit more than he bid you, PAY IT. He's worth the wait and every penny!
