Brock was absolutely above and beyond our expectations. We had many small jobs to be done ranging from plumbing, major woodwork repair, cleaning items and maintenance plus a problem job which he came up with an idea to fix it. Miracle Maintenance did a superb job. I had started some mudding that I needed finished in rather short order. Mike was out within 12 hours, came back the next day to ensure his work product was stellar, all the while being very pleasant and a great conversationalist. I was getting my daughters sprinkler system fixed as her dogs ate up the outside sprinkler box. I do not live in the same city as my daughter and all of my communications were over email or text. I knew the project was going to be a big one so I asked for bid which was provided. After the work began Roger kept me updated on the progress of the job. When it was all said and done I think Roger had more time and parts in this than what was quoted, but he never asked me for more money. He honored his pricing and did a quality job. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing sprinkler maintenance or repair. He is responsive and professional. I greatly appreciate all of his help and time in fixing my daughter's sprinkler system.

My window well kept filling with water and flooding my basement. I called my landlord, who in turn called Kore Investments LLC Property Maintenance Solutions. They were out the SAME morning, getting the flooding stopped and finding out the cause. There was ahuge snowstorm and it wasn't safe on the roof and i thought Christmas was ruined because it wasn't supposed to stop until after Christmas. But the 23rd Jen emailed and said she wanted to try and work a Christmas miracle. She sent Roofers out ASAP and now my basement is better than new. They were prompt, they kept their promises and cleaned up after themselves. They kept me informed and never left me guessing. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

lawn was mowed evenly without missed areas and some areas longer than others. most clumps of cut grass were cleaned up and thrown away, which means i did not have to rake afterwards. could have done better with flower bed borders, though. will hire him again for sure.
