Cyberize It, LLC uses innovation and technology to assist you with your Notarization needs. We do not appear physically in person but do meet all State Laws for Remote Notarization Services. While we are working on updating our platform, at this time you will email the documents to us prior to your appointment. You can email these in a .pdf, .doc, or image format. There is no fee for file conversion. We do ask that these documents be sent in at least an hour prior to your scheduled session so that we can have time to format them for notarization. If you are transferring a vehicle, we cannot notarize the title but can empower your buyer with the rights to the vehicle by using a Vehicle Power of Attorney. The buyer can take this with them to the title agency and complete the transaction. Loan documents can be performed, so long as the title/escrow & bank approve electronic signatures. We can assist you NO MATTER WHERE YOU ARE PHYSICALLY AT during this notarization, and you do not need to be in the USA. All signing parties (and witnesses) do not need to be in the same location to facilitate this transaction. If you need extra witnesses, we can also assist with providing them. We specialize in tough situations where a Notary cannot be admitted (Examples: Prison, Hospitals, Hospice, and those that are disabled). Each person signing (and witnesses) will need to have: 1. Identification (Driver’s License, Passport, Government ID, Prison ID, etc) 2. Access to an email address 3. A Cellphone/Tablet/Computer that has a Camera & Microphone. 4. Ability to connect to a live virtual session. Once in the meeting it should take less than 10 mins. Please be ready at the time of your appointment. I have targeted ads turned on; this means when you place an ad it will charge me. I kindly ask if you are not interested in this type of service to reply with “NO THANK YOU”. This will allow me to obtain a credit for this notification. I am a small business, and these charges add up. For that I thank you! Contact us if you have questions!See more

Q & A

Answers to commonly asked questions from the experts on Thumbtack.

Where can I find a notary?

You can find a notary in your area by searching for them online, where you can compare several pros’ ratings and reviews. Read customer reviews to get an impression of their reputation, and decide if you need a mobile notary (someone who comes to you).

Make sure that whoever you choose to work with can display the proper credentials in your state, and finish your search by contacting several notaries and requesting price quotes.

Can a notary come to you?

While some notaries work entirely in an office, a notary can also come to you if they offer mobile services. These notaries may charge a higher fee than those with brick-and-mortar businesses because they have to charge for driving time and may offer emergency pricing for customers who need signatures urgently.

Reviews for Sandy mobile notaries
Ellen P.
I've been desperate to have some legal paperwork completed for my very elderly parents, but have been hesitant to take them out to have documents notarized due to the risk of exposure to Covid-19. I heard something about mobile notaries on TV and did a Google search to see if there were any in my area. I was pleased to find that there are several listed on Thumbtack. After reading many reviews, I decided to contact The Notary Guy. I had several questions for Bryan about how the service works and his availability. His responses were fast and professional. I even asked whether it might be possible for him to bring someone with him since a couple of the documents I had didn't need to be notarized, just witnessed by two individuals not related to my parents in any way. Bryan got back to me within minutes to let me know that his business partner, who is also his brother, had agreed to come with him. We confirmed an appointment for the following day. Bryan and Kelly arrived as scheduled and I was comfortable with them right away. They were both wearing masks, as promised, and we all sat down at the table. My mother can be difficult to work with since she is very hard of hearing and nearly blind, but Bryan was very patient and never made her feel pressured. All of the signatures were collected and notarized or witnessed and Bryan double-checked to be certain everything was correct. The entire experience went so much better than I had anticipated and I truly enjoyed meeting Bryan and his brother. In addition to providing great service, Bryan's fees are very reasonable. I recommend him without reservation and will definitely contact him if I need notary services again in the future.
