- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge 50$ per hour session; however, the first session is free with no obligations to continue. Small group training (2-4 people) begins at 60$ per hour with an additional 10$ per person. If those prices seem high, but you are still interested reach out to me and we’ll see what we can work out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new customers will be given their first evaluation and workout free of charge. This allows you to see if I am a good match for you with no obligations. In the first evaluation we will go over your goals, prior injuries and existing medical conditions, mobility tests, explain proper warm up techniques, and an introductory work out.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have received certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and Certified Functional Strength Coach. I am currently working toward a degree in Neuroscience from Brigham Young University.
