FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My costs are 50$ for strictly one on one sessions or 35$ for small groups which tops out at 4 people although sometime there might only be you as a client. In short, saving you money. Everything is ran on a 4 week basis, you pay for 4 weeks of sessions and after they are used you can continue or walk away. No strings attached, no contracts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usual start with questioning a new clients why, and what they are look to gain from having a personal training. This goes with goals, any past or present injuries as well as any issues we might run into. Then I take them through some FMS screenings to see their mobility/flexibility followed by a short workout. Then a reflection of what I saw, any recommendations that I have and an overall wrap up of the assessment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my personal trainer certification through NASM, The National Academy of Sports Medicine. As well as, I am a level 1 Certified Functional Strength Coach and I have my Functional Movements System certificate.
