Glen Clawson is a total professional in every way. His Renters Warehouse franchise is also very thorough and professional. I met with Glen and signed his contract on Thursday, the property was immediately advertised on 230+ websites, it was shown on Monday and occupied by Thursday by a renter who is a perfect match for our property. This is Utah's Best Property Management company hands down. They are the most communicative of any company that has had any part in managing my Utah Properties. Their maintenance staff has the attention to detail of contractors that charge 3x the price. All Property Management Group recommends the most cost effective maintenance and repairs and have increased my cash flow by 40% in 3 years. I now have tenants lining up for vacancies!
